Takinotsuri Bridge

Very pretty bridge.

There are waterfalls and suspension bridges, so it's recommended for taking photos and walking around! There was also a footbath, but it was too hot to use. It's very soothing, so I recommend it when you go to Tsuchiyu Onsen!

This time I visited Tsuchiyu Onsen for a day trip. I came by bus from Fukushima Station to Tsuchiyu Onsen. After soaking in the hot springs, I had some time until the bus to take me home, so I found the entrance to the suspension bridge right next to the bus stop, so I went there. It was a bit of a climb to reach the suspension bridge, and there were some stairs, but as I walked through the waterfall and the green trees, I could feel the negative ions and felt very refreshed as I walked.

Both rivers and waterfalls are man-made, but the walking trails are well-maintained and I think it's the perfect place to get in touch with nature. It takes about 30 minutes to walk around, and it's a suspension bridge that doesn't sway, so it's okay even for those who are not good at it. It's an area full of nature, with waterfalls, mountain streams, spring water, footbaths, and wooden stairs that look like an athletic area.
