Great experience, but check the weather first. If it's windy, they might close the bridge for safety reasons.

far from the bridge From the left: Medaki, Kotaki (Makotaki above Kotaki *Appears after rain), Tremor (Otaki) The magnificent view from the bridge is impressive As for the waterfall itself, it's frustrating that you can't get close to it.

This is a scenic spot that you should definitely stop by when you come to Kuumei Bridge. I like to see it during the autumn leaves. It has also been selected as one of Japan's top 100 waterfalls. Osho-no-taki can be seen from the Kuzuo Bridge, but if you go down to the right just before you cross the bridge, there is a promenade that allows you to see it from a closer distance. The road leading to the basin of the waterfall is closed. Although it is not possible to go there now, hot springs with a temperature of approximately 38℃ are gushing out from around the basin of Ontaki. There are male waterfalls and female waterfalls. You can see both waterfalls at the same time from Kuumei Bridge. Ontaki has a height of 83m, and Medaki has a height of 93m. Ontaki Waterfall has a large amount of water, and the force of its falling force makes the surrounding area seem to shake, hence the name "Shindo no Taki".
