We visited a building in Rokugo no Sato, which is known as the filming location for "From the North Country." The building used in the drama has been restored here, and it is a wonderful place where you can still feel the atmosphere of the time. What was particularly impressive were the many rustic buildings that harmonized with nature, each of which had been carefully maintained. We were also able to tour the inside of the building, and it felt like a scene from a drama was unfolding before our eyes. Coupled with the beautiful surrounding scenery, it is well worth a visit. Even if you are not a fan of ``From the North Country'', the excitement you will feel at this place will be a memory that will last a lifetime.

There is a log cabin and a third house that appeared early in the drama North Country. I think it will be an irresistible place for those who have watched the drama, and a place with some unusual buildings for those who have not. It's been over 40 years since the beginning of the series... Up until that time, they were able to make really good TV shows, but I personally don't have anything I want to watch on TV these days. (I hardly watch terrestrial broadcasting anyway...)

I was able to see various sets from the northern countries. In some places, there were explanations of famous scenes and famous lines from the broadcast, and I was able to travel back in time to that time. I feel like I learned a little bit about Goro Kuroita's personality. I want to read the whole thing again when I get home.

It was a sunny and hot day, so I decided to visit because I was able to bring my dog along. There were buildings scattered here and there, but all of them were very nice and I was very impressed. To the melody of ``Kita no Kuni Kara'', I felt as if I was being enveloped by the entire forest of Rokugo, and it soothed me to the core.
