Fuji Subaruland

A bit dated but still fun. Friendly stuff but it's quite normal as they charge extra for almost everything you do inside the park (if you don't buy the all inclusive ticket). It has several places with shade which is great in a hot summer day.

Perfect place if you have kids. Our boy specially enjoyed lots of activities. They had this small village area where he really loved learning how to chop and saw wood. Luckily we visited after the GW so it was not crowded and were able to enjoy activities multiple times.

A nice playground with natural landscapes. You can spend half day here with your kids and get them really exhausted! There is a cubic maze you will need to use both body and brain. The tree house is also brilliant combining lots of wooden facilities to play with.

A little expensive, but it’s in a beautiful forest location, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a range of activities (mostly for younger children), and, unusually for Japan, there is even a decent crazy golf course. Would recommend bringing own food.

The staff are really friendly and kind and our kids (4 and 7) had a great time. There were not many other guests when we went so we didn't have to wait for anything. We thought it was a little expensive for the day pass, but it's good that the parking is free.
