This park has a great view of the city. It's a great place to relax, have a picnic, or throw a Frisbee.

Kumamoto's local comic ``Where are you going today?'' ” I found out about it. I went during the day, and since the daytime view is so amazing, I think the night view is even more beautiful. From the observation deck and parking lot, you can see the Kumamoto Plain, the Ariake Sea, and Mt. Nakadake in Aso in the distance. In addition to the scenery, the stone walls of Kumamoto Castle were quarried from this mountain, so there is also a mock stone wall that uses stones from this area to imitate Kumamoto Castle's ``fan slope.''

The view of the south side of Kumamoto City is wonderful. On the hill, there is a lawn with a great view. Perfect for walking your dog. free. The stone walls of Kumamoto Castle are said to have been produced from this area. There is a fine stone monument commemorating its origin, but it is unfortunately difficult to read.

The altitude is 116 meters. At the northern entrance from the old prefectural road No. 28 Kumamoto Takamori Line, there is a stone pagoda that says Mt. Tokko Entrance, but for some reason it is hard to see. Immediately after entering, there is a steep climb. As you go up the road, you will see a white gate on the right side of the road that goes down towards Ikegami, then enter from there. It is closed at night, but the entrance is open for people to pass through. There is also a 🅿 set up next to the gate for night-time visiting vehicles. You can drive to the top of the mountain during the day.
