The boat ride is only 20 minutes and is not worth the money unless you have the Osaka Awsome pass. It just loops around the moat and shows you a special rock with a face you can hardly even see.

It's said to be a space to hide soldiers in case of an invasion, but from outside the moat, it looks like they were barely able to do it... As stated in the explanatory version, the family crest of the feudal domain that built it is engraved on the stones of the stone wall.

☆Osaka Castle Honmaru's only band ring "Hidden Curve" The enemy sneaked through the defenses of Osaka Castle's iron walls and invaded Gokuraku Bridge, Yamazato Maru, and Honmaru.🏃 A secret castle tower where castle soldiers stand by and attack the enemy's rear by surprise. It's quite spacious. On the south side of the hidden castle tower, there is a tower towering beyond it😲

Visited on April 17, 2022. A kuruwa built when Osaka Castle was rebuilt during the Edo period. It is said that it was a place to hide soldiers by keeping the entrance inconspicuous. The inconspicuous entrance means there are fewer tourists. The stones on the stone wall had the stamps of the clans that carried them there, and you could see the barges floating in the moat below, making the scenery very beautiful.
