2024. Public holiday in mid-September. There are two free parking lots, and I walked from Tenkyokaku, but it was about a 7-minute walk? . I was so excited to see the sign warning of bears. As you walk down the gravel road, you will be moved by a gate that looks like something from an old story. Pure Japanese house. The receptionist told me that I had to make a reservation to see the inside, but that I could see it from the outside, so I looked inside from the outside and took a walk in the garden. There is one place where you can sit with a view of Lake Inawashiro, and if you can sit just right, the view is good and you'll be lucky ♪ The autumn leaves season looks good too.

Fukushima Prefecture State Guest House granted by Prince Takamatsu. It is not a Western-style building, but a luxurious building designed for recreational purposes. I made a reservation for the ``Special Public Program'' on the website in advance and participated. The period seems to be fixed every year, but for 1200 per person, you can enjoy various explanations and royal tea time at Tenkyokaku, an important cultural property where the Prince Takamatsu family lived. Emperor Showa stayed there several times, and the interior curtain rails and toilets were renovated for security reasons, so although it is not designated as an important cultural property, it is a valuable building. It was undamaged even in the Great East Japan Earthquake, and you can directly appreciate the most sophisticated building of the Taisho era.

There are special open days, and you can tour the inside of the building by making a reservation. Even if you don't take a tour, there are many things to see, such as the beautiful garden and the pavilion that overlooks Lake Inawashiro. This is a tourist spot in Inawashiro. Please use the Tenkyokaku parking lot, it takes less than 10 minutes on foot.

I had about an hour until the sightseeing boat departed from Lake Inawashiro, so I stopped by Tenkyokaku next door. Since Tenkyokaku was truly a Western-style building, I thought it would be an even more gorgeous Western-style building if it were a state guesthouse, but I was surprised to find it was a Japanese-style building! ! I got fucked. This sense is amazing! Hats off to you now. What an elegant look! It was built during the Taisho era. Speaking of the Taisho era, it is Taisho Roman. Taisho Romance is a fusion of Japanese and Western culture, so it's only natural that there would be a state guesthouse like this.
