It is located at the point where a tributary of the Yoro River joins the main stream. In the past, the tributaries were merged through a waterway tunnel, but the upper part of the tunnel collapsed, creating the natural beauty of the valley that we see today. As of September 15, 2024, the downstream side from here is closed to traffic. You can get there by going through Mukoyama Tunnel (a two-story tunnel), walking along the promenade from the upstream side, and crossing the stepping stones.

A short distance after passing through Mukaiyama Tunnel, you will find a gravel parking lot and a clean public restroom. You can park your car there and take a walk along the river promenade. It is an area with plenty of things to see, including a rare two-story tunnel, a beautiful valley, and spectacular cliff formations.

If you walk along the road along the Yoro River, you can see the ruins of Kobundo. In the summer, the tunnel ruins become lush with nature, and you can enjoy a spectacular view of lush greenery. I think it would be a waste to go in February. Lately, due to natural disasters, rock falls have been a frequent occurrence, so I have not been able to get close to it. The exposed rock walls are magnificent!
