It was a hot day, so I soaked my feet in the river.
I went there to enjoy the beautiful flow of the river and relax, but it's not that kind of place.
There is no place where you can safely go down to the river.
Although the promenade is chained in places,
It's dangerous for small children, so it's best not to go there.
But you can feel nature.
It's right next to the parking lot.

Visited in the summer.
5 stars for summer escape, forest bathing, etc.
The roads are well-maintained, so it's easy to walk, there's a parking lot, and there's a toilet, and best of all, it's about 23-25 degrees here, even though it's 36 degrees below, so it was a nice day.
However, when I went to play in the water with my dog, I was disappointed because the water smelled like dirt. Since the water source is drawn from a reservoir lake, the amount of water should be stable, but it was a shame that the water was flowing green and smelly.
If you are heading from Osaka, the road in Osaka Prefecture is on the Chuo Line, but once you enter Kyoto Prefecture, there are many narrow places that are just one car wide, so you need to be careful.
When we got to the hot spring area in front of the park, we joined a wide road. There are many tourist facilities, and as I passed through the hot spring area and went up a little while looking at these places, I immediately saw a sign for a parking lot and restroom.
The building in the photo is a restroom, and there is a parking lot above the back of the restroom, and about 10 cars can be parked as you go up from the entrance. There is a mirror, but I had to be careful when exiting because it was difficult to see, especially on the right side.
