Nasu World Monkey Park

The place was not huge, and there were a few animals. I felt bad for the elephants for working straight for a couple of hours, carrying people on their backs. My daughter was also bitten by a small monkey on the face.

Staff were lovely and very kind when we experienced touching the monkeys, but other than that, seeing Elephant Rides advertised was disappointing and sad to see, and the cages that the monkeys and birds were in were small and overall the place felt cramped and old.

One of the best monkey parks in Kanto, Japan. See and touch animals, monkey show for children, elephant rides, restaurant and souvenir shop. Staff were excellent! Definitely recommend as a destination if you plan to visit Nasu.

Nothing interesting. Prisoned poor monkeys into small cages. Don't pay money for promoting those poor unhappy animals anymore. There was also two elephant, one is chained in a narrow space. Please dont ride her, she was really upset that can be seen from her eyes....
