We visited on a Public Holiday . There was hardly any crowd ! Overall, the views were good, but it was cloudy so we couldn't see the sunset or Mt Fuji Place is very small so 800 yen seems to be overpriced. It closes by 5pm

A nice place to get out of the heat and view Tokyo in a cooler environment. Great design to allow visitors to view so far afield. The rainbow bridge was particularly impressive.

Didn't get to tour the whole building but went to the observation deck. Part of it was closed for some remodeling, so we didn't get to see the entirety of the view, but what we did see was amazing. Lovely view of the Tokyo skyline.

EXCELLENT. bit of a hidden gem that didn't initially show up on our radar but well worth a look, We came here after team labs planets and the train ride is an experience in itself with all the architecture, not overly crowded and we were here on a nice day so got a pretty great view of Mt Fuji. Well worth it if you are in the area

I visited here for the first time in 6 years. The view from here was very beautiful and a great place to take pictures of the Rainbow Bridge and the urban night view of Tokyo. However, when this place was reopened after Corona virus pandemic, the use of tripods and blackout curtains was banned. By 5:00 p.m., the LED bulbs under the windows were glowing colorfully, and it was no longer a very good environment for photographing the night view. It is worth visiting if you simply want to enjoy the view and take pictures with your smartphone, but if you are visiting for the purpose of taking professional photos, I no longer recommend this place.
