Chiba Prefectural Otaki Prefectural Forest

Very popular, beautiful, interesting place. Recommended.

It's a very spacious facility, and today I ate rice ball bento with my family on a bench in the shade of a tree. There is also a bamboo museum in the management center, which is very interesting. What's more, it's amazing that it's all free! There's also a bamboo garden at the back of the building where various bamboo varieties are planted. There are also a variety of walking and strolling courses that you can choose from, including the Adventure Forest course that children can enjoy as well. Please stop by if you are nearby (*^^*)

I went on a weekday afternoon, and there were no people around. I went to the middle of the hiking course labeled "Adventure Forest" and took this photo from the observation deck. There aren't many people around, so it might be a good place to relax or read a book.

The worst place to go with pets. Pets are not allowed in most places, so you can't go anywhere. It's just a walk on a forest road in the mountains. Pets are not allowed on the lawn area either. When I was buying water from a vending machine, an old lady who seemed to be the manager approached me and told me that pets were not allowed here. For whatever reason, I will never go there again with my pet.

Is it because it's early? The campsite reception building was empty. The road to the campsite was also blocked by chains, so I couldn't get to it.
