Cozy atmosphere

This is a free rest area along the cobblestone road. There was also a toilet. There was no one there as it was low season in March, but I think the rest area where you can take a break in the shade will be very useful during the hot summer months.

The antique stone road is actually not easy to walk on, so you have to slow down. Such stone roads are almost extinct in Taiwan.

There are also large and magnificent trees growing there, so during the hot season it might be a good idea to take a rest in the shaded space around the trees. This is because if you are going to climb the stone steps to get to Shurijo Castle Park, you still have a long way to go.
