Nice place to go if you want to spend some time in the nature when you in Kochi city. To go there, you can take the my-yu bus as there’s a stop at the entrance. Just make sure you have the bud schedule. Inside, there is a variety of plants and the area is pretty big. If you just want to walk around, it will take about two hours to have a quick look at everything. There’s also a souvenir shop and a cafe.

Not very well planned. You need to walk one way in and same way out . Should have made circle. NOT very wheelchair friendly! The green house was excellent and has a lift to different floors so you could see tops of trees and water pond with large water plants.

Sprawling grounds that contain a wide variety of plants and flowers. Beautiful landscaping everywhere. The greenhouse has great decorations with excellent atmosphere that feels like being in a rainforest in the tropic jungle.

Beautiful place, with a large tropical island indoor greenhouse an impressive collection of orchids, as well as a massive terraced landscape that could take you all day to explore. Beautiful year round, but at just the right time, this place is exploding with colour. FYI you can take a My-Yu bus here and pay half price for the bus showing your passport. With the bus ticket, you get a reduced entry price for the gardens. Make a day of it by visiting Chikurinji Temple and Godaisan park
