God's Footprint

Amazing place.

It is located about a 3-minute walk from Benkei's Washing Rock. The origin of the footprints is that in the past, this region was hit by a major drought, and in order to save the villagers, the gods spent the night pumping up seawater and watering the fields. It seems that it remained on the cliff. It's on a curved area, so be careful of cars when visiting and taking photos!

If you are driving on the Tsugaru side, it will be around a curve, so it would be wise to set it as your destination ☝️ Since it was a weekday and there wasn't much traffic, I parked on the side of the road. In fact, when I saw the footprints lined up so beautifully 👣, it was amazing to have both legs!! ️ I was interested. However, I didn't have time to look at it for a long time, so I watched it, took some photos, and moved around for 2-3 minutes.

In late October 2022, both legs were neatly aligned, and it was a true footprint 👣 great! I looked up for a moment. There is no parking lot here. I parked my car at the ``Benkei no Washing Rock'' parking lot and walked 150m. Be careful of cars and motorcycles when crossing the road. There was only a small space on the side of the road, and the sea breeze was strong, so we only stayed for a few minutes, but I think it's worth seeing. If you have time, definitely check it out!

Unfortunately, I couldn't see any footprints as the trees were overgrown💦 It feels like it hasn't been taken care of...
