Observation Platform 21st Floor of the Prefectural Office

Just follow the blue signs *observatory*, take the elevator to the 21st and there you are, free and easy. Beautiful viewpoint of the city and Mt Fuji is visible when weather makes it possible, we sadly didn't gave that chance.

Open to the public and free to enter from this vantage point with a 360° view you can plan your next steps for venturing into the city. Lots of space and place where you can have a seat and relax a bit enjoy the free wifi before you move to the next adventure.

There is a free observation platform on the 21st floor of the Shizuoka Prefectural Office and it's got a beautiful view! When the weather is good, you're able to see as far as Mt. Fuji. The observatory offers a great view on the city and the sea. I highly recommend visiting if you've got the time!
