I cooled down at Mitarai Valley in midsummer. The blue color is beautiful. On the national highway along the way, it is very difficult for cars to pass each other, so it is very nerve-wracking.

It takes about 2 hours by train and bus to arrive from Kyobashi in Osaka City. I had high expectations because I had spent so much time there, but it was actually better than I expected. Although they weren't swimming, there were quite a few families and young people swimming in the river. However, since it is a hidden area in the mountains, it cannot be said that there are too many of them. As you can see in the image, the clarity of the river is among the highest of any place I've been to. It may not be as good as Gifu, but I was able to take a very relaxing hike in the mountains while taking a natural shower. In fact, I was able to get a round trip for about 5,000 yen using a Kintetsu discount ticket. Will it be Instagram after this? I posted a review of Tenkawa Village, and to my surprise, I received a follow-up from Tenkawa Village. I could feel that they were firmly protecting their village.

The water is so clean! The water is cold! The air is nice too! Even though it's summer, it's cool! Be healed. The best! However, in Nara, the road to get here is very narrow. It might be difficult for a full-size car like Alphard. Of course, cars cannot pass each other. If you encounter an oncoming vehicle, one of you will have no choice but to retreat to an evacuation area. I went down twice.

I drove to the back of the park and slowly walked the 30 minute route for about an hour. The fresh greenery was beautiful and soothing. The parking lot is limited, so it fills up quickly during the busy season.

There is a promenade from the bridge to the waterfall, but since you walk through the mountains, you don't get to enjoy the beauty of the valley. There is quite a difference in elevation, and it gets muddy after rain. The waterfall is more impressive than I expected, and you can even climb up to the rocky area above the waterfall, so it's worth the trip.
