Fuji Safari Park

First Safari experience. Absolutely loved it. Bit expensive tickets but totally worth it. Having kids? Then do not miss this while in Japan. Having car? Then take your own car for any many rounds you want to see your favourite wild animals out in open. I missed the Fureai zone due to weather. Definitely in to-do list for next time.

I have been to Fuji Safari Park several times, it is always a great experience with well maintained infra and organised routes. Fuji Safari Park is highly recommended for kids, they will surely enjoy the animals closer. The park will be crowed on the holidays, avoid visiting by noon on a sunny day (as ths animals might be resting). Renting the parks vehicle or taking the bus will make ride memorable as the animals will be attracted to them. Things to be keep in mind * limited restarunts, good for snacks. * Parks car and Bus slots are limited, they might be sold out very early besed on the crowed.

We came here on a weekday morning and was glad it was not too crowd. We drove in a car and really enjoyed the safari. There are many variety of animals to see in the safari. Afterwards, there are petting zoo areas which was fun to visit too. There are 1-2 paid enclosures but we didn't visit tho. Snacks and drinks in the park are reasonable price as well. Highly recommended if you have at least 3-4 hours to spend here.

I have been on many safaris around the world and this is hands down the best. I will not forget this experience, especially when Mt Fuji peeks out from certain parts of the park. There are so many things to do within the park itself, like being able to pet rabbits! How adorable! The compound is clean, dosent stink, very safe and so much fun! Whether you have kids in your entourage or not, you’ll love this place. Highly recommend renting their jeep out instead of using your own car, adds to the safari vibes, ha!
