It's hard to tell from the photo, but it was truly spectacular! Limestone caves have the impression of being narrow, but the tops are very high and the shapes of the limestone caves are different and interesting. Once inside, you will feel comfortable in the cool space, probably around 10-15 degrees. You can go up to 200m, but it seems like it actually goes deeper. Strangely, the wind keeps blowing.

I found out about it on the tourist map at the pier, so I gave it a try. It was cool the moment I entered. I went on a day that wasn't that hot, so I think I would have enjoyed it more if I had gone on a hot day where I would have been sweating more. Cave entrance fee 300 yen It's not that wide, and there's a U-turn, so be careful when passing people coming in. I recommend going as the signboard says.

Personally, if you go to Taishaku Gorge, I would like you to enjoy this place in between. It tends to look like it's not a big spot on the internet, but it was quite amazing. Also, I think it's a place that most people would take their time to go to, but if you have the chance, you'll want to enjoy it to the fullest! If you are interested, please come and visit us.

I went to Shobara City, and there were no sightseeing spots, such as Kakakuninra, Taishaku Gorge, and limestone caves, so I decided to go there because it was a must-see. This is a national park, so you can easily find the location by searching. Park your car at a nearby parking lot and walk for less than 10 minutes. The entrance is on the left, but it's small so don't miss it. As soon as you go up the stairs, there is a ticket office, so pay your fee to the receptionist. Be careful as the entrance to the limestone cave is a steep staircase. What surprised me was that, of course, it was still quite narrow, but since the floor was all made of wood, it was a walkway, so whatever footwear you wore was fine. Most of the stalactites are dry, and the shapes of the rocks in various places have names. As you move forward, you will arrive at a space with some height, which surprised me. When you go to the farthest end, there is a ventilation hole, but a considerable amount of cold air comes out. No one seems to know where it's coming from. The entrance sign said it would take about 10 minutes. I thought it would be very comfortable in the summer because there is a difference in temperature between inside and outside.
