We walked to this spot from the parking lot through a tunnel. You need to pay for the parking. The view worth the penny.

One of the best spot to admire the bridge (and some tanukis if you’re lucky). The others viewpoints in the park will let you have different panoramas (the naruto observatory was under renovation when i went) including a nice sunset if you’re at the parking n*1 😃
