Totsui Limestone Cave

Difficult road to get to it. But So wonderfully cool on a blistering hot day. It is very small, the path through is very narrow for bigger people it is a bit of a squeeze.

A neat little hidden treasure. Many beautiful coastal roads on the way and small affordable outing. The road is difficult to take and many small narrow passages in the cave. If your are fat I don't think you can do it.

It is a small limestone cave with a total length of about 100m. It is said to be a valuable limestone cave made of Permian limestone. Perhaps it's not a popular spot, but there weren't any tourists when I visited. The entrance fee was 400 yen [as of May 2024], so it might not be worth it.

The path from the signboard to Totsui Limestone Cave is a very narrow road. Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible for people who aren't good at driving. It was my second time in my life to see a limestone cave, and since I was so young that I don't remember much about it, it was as fun as seeing it for the first time. It's small inside. However, it is a place where you can feel the history.

If you go to Shirasaki Marine Park It's a place where I want to stretch my legs Although it is a narrow limestone cave, you can enjoy underground exploration. Walking sideways like a crab? Do you walk half-heartedly? Can you enjoy it? However, if you don't have a compact car, it might be a bit tiring on the road.
