It's a paid garden. It's well maintained with lots seasonal flowers. A very serene place popular among the locals.

In May, Tokachi Hills has only a few tulips, a small amount of yamabuki, sakura, and ume. If you're expecting to see flowers like lavender, lotus, roses, and sunflowers, it seems you'll have to visit in the summer. Since it's currently the off-season, I felt that the same admission fee as the peak season isn't worth it. It's recommended to check the visiting month after reading reviews from many people who gave positive voice. Unfortunately, my score this time is very low. But if I come here in top season, I think it was good experience. Ice cream “Soft cream” is so delicious and cheap price. White milk has a strong milk taste. You should try it. Another taste “Azuki beans taste“ is also good. I will raise my score.

Beautiful garden with a view of the town from the hills. There are plenty of chairs under trees at scenic spots...

Came here in late September so there is nothing much left to see. Must come again later next time to see all the beautiful flowers in Spring time
