Blue Cave

A stunning landscape and ocean experience. I visited immediately after landing from a flight from USA, changed in my suit in my rental car to immerse in beautiful ocean and ground. Planning ahead to dive or snorkel would be great as general swimming is not recommend for reefs protection sake and to protect your body. I found a wonderful place I could bathe in the sea. This was an epic experience mermaiding in the sea and taking in the sunset. Highly recommend.

Beautiful snorkeling spot but quite busy, and the tourists are always stepping on the corals, which is very disappointing. So if you go there please mind your steps and be aware of the corals and sea life

The cave itself was pretty underwhelming but the area around it is beautiful and full of wildlife! 🐠🦀 The place is fairly popular with tourists and locals, and was extremely busy on a Sunday afternoon in summer, so prepare to queue to get in and out. Many companies offer guided diving/snorkeling tours for individuals and small groups, which are a nice way to see the place without worrying about logistics and gear.

We visited in the middle of May for snorkeling and the water was still slightly cold. Wave was also strong. Be aware if you have motion sickness. According to our guide, the water in the summer season is more calm and is more recommended for marine sports. However, there is also a higher chance of typhoon. Overall, snorkeling at the Blue Cave was a great experience. It is a very beautiful diving place. There are many types of aquatic animals, the water is very clear, but there are also a lot of tourists. Please be careful of accidents.
