Takashimizu Park

The rows of cherry blossom trees are beautiful. In addition, there is Akita Castle and Gokoku Shrine, and Gokoku Shrine has a ripple stone. There is also a stone monument of Kimigayo. It's very quiet, the air is tense, and it cleanses your soul.

I took a tour and felt the ancient atmosphere. It was very relaxing and I'm glad I was able to take my time and look around. I was also impressed to see an ancient flush toilet❗

You can see the ruins that give you a sense of history ♪ At the castle ruins, there were many stones with detailed explanations written on them, so I learned a lot ♪

It was a wonderful park that was well maintained and built based on research, giving you a sense of history.

It was very interesting to see the ancient flush toilet, which is not found in any ruins from the Nara period.
