This beach was really good with families and kids and pets all around. The beach is surrounded with lifeguards and the water is not so cold rather very nice and slightly warm which I personally liked. There's a swimming pool with slides etc so many things for even kids also. There are quite a number of nice food stalls albeit a little expensive but very good. And also they have a huge parking area and if the parking is full then you can park on the opposite fish market parking area. Overall a very nice place and yes even tattoos are allowed as I saw many foreigners with full back tattoos also swimming.

Inage Beach in Chiba, Japan, is a true gem that captures the essence of joy and relaxation. Its shores resonate with the laughter of kids building sandcastles and chasing waves, creating an atmosphere of pure delight. The beach's beauty is a symphony of golden sands meeting the azure waters, stretching as far as the eye can see. The liveliness of the beachgoers, engaging in beach volleyball and various water sports, infuses the air with an infectious energy. As the day draws to a close, the horizon transforms into a canvas painted with hues of orange and pink, casting a warm and serene ambiance. Watching the sun sink below the horizon, one can't help but feel a profound sense of calm and contentment, making Inage Beach a sanctuary for both playful adventure and tranquil reflection.

The bars are a bit shabby and there is nothing out of the ordinary..it is however unique in Tokyo. As someone who studied in a seaside town as a student it has a nostalgic place in my heart, the only shame is you really need a car to get there easily.. ..also, glamping nearby!

Good park. Lots of greenery. Has plenty of dog walking paths. Plus a large enough space to play with friends or pet dogs.

It's really an amazing place, the park is pretty clean and there are many places to sit, there's a small pond also where you can enjoy feeding birds😀, there is camping ground also. The beach is nearby, worth it to go there and enjoy the weekends.
