This was such a cool hike. There are two different waterfalls you can hike to at this location. It was a pretty easy not too long hike. There is a pretty large parking lot here too.

One of the most beautiful waterfalls I've seen in Japan. The waters are crystal clear and at points, you can see the clear falls cascade down. Truly amazing. We went in on April 16, 2024. It was a cloudy day and I was scared the waters wouldnt be as blue but they were still blue and beautiful. The walkways and facilities are well maintained. Bathrooms are clean. The road to get here is a one lane road, drive slowly and carefully as there are no guardrails and you're sharing the road with oncoming traffic. This place is not busy at all, there were 2 other parties while we were here but we got to experience all the waterfalls by ourselves. There is a restaurant at the entrance which is good and worth visiting, even just taking a look. The collections of things throughout the years is fun to look at. Entry and parking are free.

The surrounding natural scenery was stunning, with lush greenery and pristine water. It’s the perfect spot for nature lovers and photographers alike. The sound of the rushing water was so calming, and I felt completely immersed in the tranquility of the environment. I recommend taking the time to visit this magnificent waterfall.

A very popular gorge especially on a weekend. It has a few waterfalls and some manmade dams but this place is really suitable for a soak in the ultra clear spring water of the gorge! Kids love it too especially playing in the rocky river 😍

Very good place to trek. The air is very cool and fresh. You can bring your food and drinks and use the cottages. Be sure to bring some insect repellent too.
