Beetle Statue

The bathroom was clean, and could use it anytime. The shop opened from 10am . There was an information centre beside the public toilet to get the local info, which was really useful. It looked quieter than before. They seemed to get the facilities renovated as looked new. There was a public hot spa behind the shop.

In a car, this is the type of thing you'd might drive right by with maybe a glance. On a bicycle, you use it as an excuse to rest/stop and grab a picture and maybe a drink from the vending machine. There was a place in the shade to rest which can sometimes be hard to come by.

Very nice fellow. I found his presence very interesting.

Located along National Route 220 I remember that in a commercial on local TV, Mutchan (talent) stood near this beetle and said, ``Karaimo candy is Fujiya candy after all.'' Huge and impressive
