I headed there this time to enjoy the autumn leaves, but it was still early on November 8th. The locals say that around the 18th might be a good time. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the suspension bridge. It's a little difficult to get there because it's a bit of a climb.

What a beautiful spot for autumn leaves. On the way to Hanazono Shrine, you can see beautiful scenery and enjoy the Japanese atmosphere. The road from the parking lot to the shrine was relatively clean, but the inside of the shrine was a gravel road that would be difficult for wheelchair users.

There weren't many people and I hardly ever passed a car, even on weekends. It doesn't feel like you can walk along the valley, but rather like looking at it while driving.

I went there at the end of October It seems that the autumn leaves are still early. Even though it's called a valley, it's small. For those who know Setagaya Valley If you think it's about the same I'm going up a narrow road The drive itself is fun. Since my companion was a woman, I had to use the restroom. I had a hard time looking for it. There is a municipal parking lot just in front of the shrine. It was before that. It's hard to understand so I'd like a signboard. When a public restroom appears on guugle map very helpful. There are no convenience stores in places rich in nature. The more information you have, the sooner you can take action.

I stopped by on my way back from viewing autumn leaves in Hanazono Valley. Pass by the fish farm and fishing pond in the park to the parking lot... The restaurant is a log house, and to order, look at the menu above the entrance and order at the checkout counter... I ordered the rainbow trout and char set meal. The staff handed me a tea set and pot on a tray and I went to my seat... As I was slowly drinking tea and waiting, I saw pumpkins one after another. Udo. Each dish of boiled fuki was served, two servings of tempura (daikon leaves, mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, sweet potatoes, etc.), pickles, miso soup, and rice arrived, filling the table! Then the main char and salt-grilled rainbow trout appear! It was very filling and delicious. Very satisfied with both for 1500 yen + tax! Thank you for the meal.
