Kami no iwahashi Bridge

Definitely worth visiting if you're in the area. I'd try to go during the fall if possible. Visit the shrine and then make the short journey up to the waterfalls. However, if you go in the spring the water level is a lot higher.

This was a reasonably scenic gorge. We missed the peak of the autumn leaves but there was still some autumn colour. It was expensive to get here, a ¥3000 cab ride each way, but our driver was happy to come back and get us. About an hour and a half would be a good amount of time to stay.

A beautiful spot on sunny or cloudy days.
