Toyama Port Observation Deck

Its nice place to see the port area. The histpry of russia and Toyama trade works are written in the top obaervatory. We can see all the old houses in the village mostly looks like a russian village. The name boards and all the information in this area is written in Russian as well. We can get into water bus from this area and go to the kansui park.

It’s a free observation deck for people to enter. Can see the whole of Toyama with nice scenic mountain view and the surrounding neighborhood. Can also spot certain ships.

small, only stairs. But you can see the toyama bay, even the mountains.

It serves as a nice destination to walk to while exploring the port.

free of charge. enjoy the whole view of Nihon Sea. note that you should go up the stairs, there's no electric machine to carry you to the top.
