Benkei-Nanamodori

Great hike with fabulous views overlooking Tokyo , only 1.5 hours drive. We underestimated the difficulty as it snowed the day before and was very slippery and wet with the melting snow. It was worth the climb as there is a cheat way out at the peak, that is take the ropeway cable car down if youu are exhausted. 😉

Perfect but a bit challenging hike. Best is to do it during spring season, you're not sweating so much 😂 definitely don't underestimate to take good hiking shoes. Best to start from Tsutsuji Gaoka station.

Interesting spot along the way and great view at the top, but just before reaching the peak is the hardest part which you climb instead of walking up

One of the interesting spot on the trail os mount tsukuba. The rock which looks like almost will fall.

Great place the walk down from the top was hard on my legs...
